Whether you serve up delicious street food, refreshing drinks, artisan coffee, sweet treats, or any other culinary delights, we’d love you to be part of our vibrant LGBTQ+ community event in 2026.
To apply as a food or drink trader, please complete our Application Form. Our team will review your application and get back to you with the next steps, setup arrangements, and any relevant fees or guidelines.
Please note that completing the form does not guarantee your pitch.
- Due to limited spaces, all businesses, charities, and organisations must apply for a pitch. This ensures a diverse selection for our attendees and minimises direct competition.
- Failure to provide a full overview of the items/services you provide will lead to immediate rejection.
- Only stallholders who have been approved, paid, and registered with Pride in Coalville will be allowed to set up a stall at the event.
- Please ensure you have read our full terms & conditions, by submitting your application, you automatically agree to them.
