Our team will review applications and get back to you with details on next steps, setup arrangements, and any fees or guidelines.

- Due to limited spaces, all businesses, charities, and organisations must apply for a pitch. This ensures a diverse selection for our attendees and minimises direct competition.
- Failure to provide a full overview of the items/services you provide will lead to immediate rejection.
- Only stallholders who have been approved, paid, and registered with Pride in Coalville will be allowed to set up a stall at the event.
- Please ensure you have read our full terms & conditions, by submitting your application, you automatically agree to them.
